Communion's Forgotten Story
A cross-denominational book tracing the deep roots of the Lord's Supper from its origins in Passover through to its New Covenant fulfillment.
We take the bread. We drink the cup. We remember Jesus. But for many of us, that's where the understanding stops. What if there's far more to Communion than we ever realized?Communion's Forgotten Story traces the Lord's Supper from its roots in Eden, through the Passover and the upper room, through the early church and into your hands today. Along the way, you'll discover that when Jesus broke the bread and lifted the cup, He wasn't inventing a new ritual. He was fulfilling a story woven through Scripture from the very beginning.A story of promise. Of deliverance. Of sacrifice. Of hope.Written for Christians of every tradition — whether you call it Communion, the Eucharist, or the Lord's Supper — this book will change the way you come to the table. Not with less reverence, but with far greater understanding. The story was always there. It's time to reclaim it.All proceeds from this book support the missionary work of Dr. Matthew Ness (physician) and Amy-Lynn Ness (educator) serving with Africa Inland Mission in Kijabe, Kenya.
